Dr Yvonne Sum CSP ACC transforms leaders on-the-go. Her gift is to develop executives on mission critical objectives in hyper-changing environments. Yvonne has honed this gift through her own agile journey: as a dentist, RAAF officer, certified Meta-Coach & Outthinker, leadership facilitator & speaker, media expert on Australian television, author, corporate expat, business partner, wife and mother of two. Dr Sum is a published international *author on leadership across home and work tribes.

Yvonne is an Australian certified growth strategist working globally with Directors, CEO’s and Senior Management in high growth multinational corporations, family enterprises and entrepreneurial start-ups in Australia, the US, Middle East and the Asia Pacific. As co-founder of 5Echo, a global leadership consultancy focusing on C-level executives, she facilitates leadership development that drive senior executives through their 4G (Gender, Generational, Generosity, Global) challenges by unleashing their genius to lead innovation in hyper-change.

Yvonne works with key clients in a diverse range of industries but not limited to, aviation, luxury brands, IT, financial & professional services, pharmaceuticals & healthcare. She speaks conversational Cantonese, Malay and Mandarin but prefers to coach in English.

Yvonne supports global leaders through the Outthinker Process for strategic advantage. She has also helped Asia Pacific business leaders in executing Harvard’s Blue Ocean Strategy from its Regional Centre in UCSI Kuala Lumpur and Australia as a hyper-drive coach. She was awarded BlessingWhite Asia Pacific’s 2009 Consummate Facilitator and Client Development Award for her work with multinational clients in the region. She lived and learnt with the executive leadership and their teams to achieve a seamless opening of a state-of-the-art airport in the Middle East in 2012.
