Roslina Chai

Roslina Chai is a serial entrepreneur, lawyer. organisational change strategist, professional speaker and executive coach who is passionate about our be-ing human while understanding how technological innovation can augment fundamental learning experiences.

As an early adopter of applied neuroscience in learning design and delivery, Roslina is widely recognised for her ability to create environments that catalyses quantum changes. Based on her front-line experience of working with learners from the ages of 5 to 50 for over 20 years from corporate, academic and marginalised settings, Roslina firmly believes there are universal principles that are applicable to all learners regardless of age or culture.

Roslina’s entrepreneurial ventures include private equity, Formula 1 technology, strategy consulting and life-skills program design. Her corporate experience ranged from overseeing governance issues at the Neptune Orient Lines and the New Zealand School Trustees Association, to contributing in the areas of strategy, change management and systems integration in urban development. F&B and edutech.

Topics that she has dedicated in pursuing and sharing include the digital feminine, human (not corporate) governance, and technology as an expression of humanity.

Roslina is currently Co-Founder and Chief Learning Curator of Gnowbe and is responsible for its learning strategy and driving Gnowbe’s business in the Asian market.
