This program has a total of 10 Sessions with each session introducing new skills followed by practice. There will also be an opportunity for each of you to practice your coaching skills between our sessions. Each of our sessions will only be 90 minutes (with an option of staying another 30 minutes for Q&A if required) at a frequency of one per fortnight.
